fliix Ops vs. Atera

Keep Atera for RMM and helpdesk. Add fliix Ops for hands-on Windows work.

Atera remains the platform for remote monitoring and management, patching, helpdesk and ticketing, with the AI Copilot for technicians and the autonomous agent Robin (formerly IT Autopilot) for self-service. fliix Ops does not replace that. Beside it, technicians work directly on Windows clients and servers; its AI assistance is optional, in Beta and runs with your own key.

Atera and fliix Ops are stronger together when tickets and the Windows device both matter.

Keep Atera for RMM, helpdesk and Robin (formerly IT Autopilot) on routine end-user requests. Add fliix Ops where technicians still need the actual Windows state and the tools to fix it, with or without AI, without replacing Atera.
