# fliix Ops > fliix Ops is a technician-first, cloud-based multi-tenant operations platform for Windows and Synology environments. It combines practical administrator tools and integrated RustDesk remote support with controlled automation for repeatable work. It is built for hands-on operations and individual systems rather than as a traditional RMM replacement. fliix Ops is a Germany-hosted cloud SaaS. The primary users are technicians and administrators at MSPs, IT service providers and internal IT teams. English is the canonical locale; German pages live under `/de` and keep the same meaning. The platform is not a smaller copy of a traditional RMM suite, not a NinjaOne alternative, not a complete UEM/Intune replacement, and not a monitoring product for every device category. Automation supports the technician; it is not the product identity. Product architecture: - fliix Ops is the cloud SaaS console. It is not self-hosted, on-premises or customer-operated. - Windows Agents connect managed Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019+ systems. - RustDesk is independent open-source remote-desktop technology, integrated into the Windows Agent workflow. Customers operate their own RustDesk ID, relay and optional API servers per tenant. - Synology NAS management is a separate licensed product and is not part of the RustDesk workflow. Licensing is per managed device. Dynamic DNS, SSL Monitoring and One-Time Secrets are included with an active paid device license. Contact: hello@fliix-ops.com. Markdown versions of public pages are available at the same path with a `.md` suffix. TeamViewer, AnyDesk and pcvisit pages compare only the Windows Agent remote-support workflow. The NinjaOne page contrasts technician-first operations with automation-led RMM and does not claim replacement or feature parity. The Intune page treats the products as complementary rather than mutually exclusive. Synology features are not used to strengthen Windows Agent comparisons. - [Comparison overview](https://www.fliix-ops.com/comparison.md): How fliix Ops relates to remote-support, RMM and UEM products - [TeamViewer](https://www.fliix-ops.com/comparison/teamviewer.md): Integrated remote support plus Windows operations versus a specialist remote-support ecosystem - [AnyDesk](https://www.fliix-ops.com/comparison/anydesk.md): Windows Agent remote support versus a specialist remote-desktop product - [pcvisit](https://www.fliix-ops.com/comparison/pcvisit.md): Windows Agent remote support versus a specialist remote-support product - [NinjaOne](https://www.fliix-ops.com/comparison/ninjaone.md): Technician-first Windows operations versus an automation-led RMM operating model - [Microsoft Intune](https://www.fliix-ops.com/comparison/intune.md): Operations and support versus UEM, policy and device-lifecycle management ## German pages - [Startseite](https://www.fliix-ops.com/de.md): Deutsche Startseite - [FAQ](https://www.fliix-ops.com/de/faq.md): Kanonische Fragen und Antworten - [Preise](https://www.fliix-ops.com/de/preise.md): Lizenzierung und Tarife - [Windows-Agenten](https://www.fliix-ops.com/de/funktionen/windows-agenten.md): Windows-Operations - [Synology NAS](https://www.fliix-ops.com/de/funktionen/synology-nas.md): Separate NAS-Operations - [Dynamic DNS](https://www.fliix-ops.com/de/funktionen/dynamic-dns.md): Enthaltenes Infrastruktur-Tool - [SSL-Monitoring](https://www.fliix-ops.com/de/funktionen/ssl-monitoring.md): Enthaltenes Infrastruktur-Tool - [One-Time Secrets](https://www.fliix-ops.com/de/funktionen/one-time-secrets.md): Enthaltenes Infrastruktur-Tool - [Vergleich](https://www.fliix-ops.com/de/vergleich.md): Vergleichsübersicht - [Kontakt](https://www.fliix-ops.com/de/kontakt.md): Kontakt und Support ## Optional - [Legal notice](https://www.fliix-ops.com/legal-notice.md): Imprint / provider identification - [Privacy](https://www.fliix-ops.com/privacy.md): Privacy policy - [Impressum](https://www.fliix-ops.com/de/impressum.md): Deutsches Impressum - [Datenschutz](https://www.fliix-ops.com/de/datenschutz.md): Deutsche Datenschutzerklärung
